Please note that BoyzBox.com complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 with regard to distance selling. Your rights are protected when buying from us.

Damaged & Faulty Items

Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault with your purchase. Please use the contact form further down this page. Please describe to us the problem you are experiencing with your purchase. The more information you can provide us, the quicker we can help you.

A large number of our products are delivered with a manufactures warranty. We are happy to help you in any way possible in regard to obtaining a refund, repair of product replacement.

Unwanted Items

Please be aware that all items must be returned withing 14 days of receipt. They must be be unused and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of the product we sell any items that we suspect have been opened or used cannot receive a refund.

The following criteria must be met for all returned items:-
– The items(s) must be unused.
– The items(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
– The Items(s) must be heat sealed in their original packaging or it cannot be returned.
– Items(s) supplied in sealed packaging and then opened cannot be returned unless faulty
– Goods must be received back no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
– Lingerie and items of clothing (including leather goods) are non-exchangeable or refundable.

Customer are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Items must be returned using a recorded / tracked delivery service for both your security and ours. If an item is lost in transit without evidence of being with Royal Mail or another carrier, for instance a tracking code, refunds will not be given.

Please package items securely as you received them and include inside the package your original order reference number or the enclosed paperwork, your full name and address & a note explaining the reason for return.
